No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
A $50 fee will be charged for:
Missed appointments (no-shows)
Cancellations within 24 hours
Exceptions made for emergencies
Payment Policy
Cash-pay patients pay at time of service
Insurance patients must schedule through Headway
Outstanding balances must be resolved before future appointments
To ensure timely processing:
Request refills at least 1 week in advance
Include medication name, dose, and preferred pharmacy
Controlled substances require appropriate follow-up appointments
