Note: You can freely book this appointment online. Payment ($67) will be processed at the time of your visit through your insurance (via Headway) or self-pay according to our posted rates.


Follow-up visits focus on how you have been feeling since your last appointment, including symptom changes, side effects, and any new stressors or life events. Together, we review your treatment plan, make medication adjustments as needed, and reinforce coping strategies so your care remains safe, effective, and aligned with your priorities.

A $50 fee will be charged for:

  • Missed appointments (no-shows)

  • Cancellations within 24 hours

Exceptions made for emergencies.

  • Cash-pay patients pay at time of service

  • Insurance patients must schedule through Headway

  • Outstanding balances must be resolved before future appointments
