Note: You can freely book this appointment online. Payment ($118) will be processed at the time of your visit through your insurance (via Headway) or self-pay according to our posted rates.

During your initial visit, we take the time to explore what you have been experiencing, review your medical and mental health history, and discuss your priorities and expectations for care. This appointment includes a thorough psychiatric evaluation and collaborative treatment planning so you leave with a clear path forward and an opportunity to ask questions in a calm, supportive environment.

A $50 fee will be charged for:

  • Missed appointments (no-shows)

  • Cancellations within 24 hours

Exceptions made for emergencies.

  • Cash-pay patients pay at time of service

  • Insurance patients must schedule through Headway

  • Outstanding balances must be resolved before future appointments
